THKIARTOSANIDO

The thkiartosani(d)o (kneading board) was a rectangular flat wooden board where the bread and other baking goods were usually kneaded/formed. The first part of this composite word comes from the verb thkiartizo, which means to mould the dough in order to form a bread.
