SININ

The copper sinin (pan) was commonly used for cooking in the oven. This vessel was round and shallow with a flat base and vertical walls, and was produced in different sizes. The sinin was used for cooking meat, pasta and other dishes, as well as syrup desserts, such as the kantaifi and baklava.
